2.2. No one can "understand" you directly

The idea that you have in your head cannot be "shown" to the interlocutor. You can only elicit the image, or concept, that the interlocutor have through arbitrary sounds—speech.

So preparing pictures, recording, and footage will drastically improve the "resolution" of the idea being transmitted, since they can exactly represent, or even create, your idea in the interlocutor's mind.

If those kind of real-time resources are not available, the second thing you resort to is to give an example. Examples must be known to the interlocutor beforehand, so that it can be used to construct your idea on top of it. Notice that the construction of idea happens right in the interlocutor's mind. The best thing you can do is guiding them in the right way to reach the conclusion that you intend.
